We are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to join our global team, reporting to the senior director of Global Enablement. In this remote role, you will accelerate the success of our channel partners by developing and implementing a world-class sales enablement program. You will create impactful content and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance our channel partners' proficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and marketing, to align on strategic initiatives, create role-based training, and ensure the needs of our channel partners are effectively met. This role can be located anywhere in the US, as a work from home position.

You are the ideal candidate if you have expertise in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that significantly contribute to sales performance. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are action-oriented, and work well with ambiguity while focusing on delivering the highest quality product to our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for our channel partners
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, professional services, and marketing teams to create effective training content
  • Deliver engaging training programs through various methods, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and e-learning
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on training program effectiveness
  • Ensure training programs and content align with Infoblox's strategic direction and meet the needs of our channel partners
  • Help capture, document, and train on best practices that result in more pipeline and closed deals

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in a sales enablement or sales training role, preferably with channel partners
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with various training methodologies and familiarity with learning management systems
  • You understand and articulate complex technical concepts and can align them with a company’s strategic direction
  • Technical knowledge in DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management (DDI) technology, Cybersecurity, and/or Cloud is a plus
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a similar field; an advanced degree is a plus

What success looks like:

After six months, you will…

  • Deliver and manage a variety of channel training programs that receive positive feedback
  • Create engaging on-demand enablement programs that drive the achievement of channel sales goals
  • Build strong content and training for new Infoblox go-to-market motions
  • Regularly meet and collaborate with channel leaders to assess ongoing needs and fill competency gaps

After about a year, you will…

  • Initiate new creative ideas for content and programs that help our channel team continuously engage our partners
  • Use our enablement platform to create and publish content and programs
  • Measure the effectiveness of your efforts
  • Deliver advanced training programs that include methodology, soft skills, and processes
